★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im very disappointed with this place, after staying for so many months, the management has not shown any consideration and deducted a huge sum out of the Security deposit, citing silly damages. If you dont want even a scratch on your property, better put it in a glass case rather than renting it out. It will never get damaged that way ! Most improperly managed property, expensive and not really worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are very clean and large with all the modern amenities. I did not bring any furniture with me as the rooms are fully furnished, and it saved a lot of energy and time while I relocated. The rooms are cleaned and maintained regularly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid 10k for 5 months even though I was back home due to lockdown in order to avoid breach of contract. Later on, paid 5k for reservation with a fresh contract but couldn't go due to unforeseen circumstances. The contract is cancelled but somehow Settl claimed it to be a non-refundable amount. This kind of income is not appreciated.
