★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good workout space.. Extremely helpful managing done by Mr. Amit especially during these hard times of the current pandemic, and a really well carried and supportive team of trainers. Been a member here for well over half a year and over the course of this time i have been seeing major results and improvements in not only my physical appearance but also my lifestyle. I'd say they really seem to know their way around what they are doing!!..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined this gym in April of this year, i went there couple of days , trainner were very unprofessional doesn't care about anybody's exercise anyway i m used to gym so i haven't faces problems , during lockdown i have to shifted back my home town not able to come back gurgaon as per government rule 50% of refund of lockdown they arenot even ready to listen us, receptionist forwarding call to the manager and manager said i am busy. there is no point to join a trusted or 5 star gym in dlf.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A neat, clean & spacious gym where you can be assured of working out in a hygienic environment.
Right from thermal temp & oxygen level checking at the entrance to use of face shields, social distancing on the floor & spaces between work stations to avoid crowding, the gym has everything in place.
I would also like to make a special mention of the courteous staff & the helpful trainers, especially Ms Kritika, who keep a keen watch on your posture & correct you when wrong so that you can derive max benefit out of your workout.
Strongly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally satisfied with the fitness training provided by professiona trainers Jatinder and Gaurav. I have reduced and maintained the body weight required under their able guidance and supervision. Would highly recommend for those who want to remain fit and healthy to join as a New Year Resolution..All the covid protocols followed here fully. .Join and STAY HEALTHY..?

1. Location, ambience, members are decent...
2. Large workout area, good machines...
3. Separate large area for lockers/changing
4. Ample parking areas in club opposite to Galleria market.
5. Annual membership is very competitive and very affordable.(just that its not free with DLF club membership, you have to pay additional)
Cons:
1. Instructors led training is not structured, no formal introduction on taking membership, if you ask they will tell but no handholding and monitoring of progress once paid for membership.
2. Bathrooms are very old and unhygienic. Seriously need upgrade
3. 8 am & 7pm should be avoided as crowded, waiting time for machine is really annoying.
4. Doesn't find any special training session which out-stand gym, its all routinal.
My experience with Celebrity Gym, M G Road( now closed since 4yrs ?) was much better...
