β β β β β I joined sfw gym a month ago and it has helped me lot. All the trainers possess immense subject knowledge and are quite helpful while work out. Personal guidance by the trainers has helped me shed 2kg within a month with lot of cheat meals and irregularities.

β β β β β I have experienced the best at good cost, area of indoor excercise and floor is quite good and staff and trainer they co operate too ..supportive though we don't take PT. The concept of healthy life style at affordable cost is the Motto...
Also the uniqueness of this place is the physical health with mental health.. this the first Gym I have ever seen with library.. so you can utilise your time with health and reading too...must visit once if you are in Vastrapur or around of....

Best experience with best and latest gym equipments. Trainers are very friendly and give personal attention. It's beem only 1 week joining the SFW gym and i can feel the change. Trainers motivate to exercise.
And it is also pocket friendly.
