★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service wise i was disappointed. They dint mail the digital copy inspite of me calling them twice and was assured that they will send in ten mins from my call. Now the shop is closed and i have to call them again.
I don’t understand how difficult it is.
Have to Follow up for such a simple thing again tomorrow
My advise- stand at the counter until u get the email fm them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience I had with these people. they did not write what I had asked them to write on my gift , first thing they did not write it then saying sorry forgot even when it was written on the bill. there after to correct it and make new one asking for money.. if you are buying any gift for your loved one think twice. They dont stand to their commitment . They show you something and do something else. Worst worst worst. think thousand times before choosing them. They are very much expensive as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is fraud. We booked photography for engagement and wedding. We paid advance 6000. Due to lockdown, we had to cancel our services with him. For refunding 6000 I must have called him 60 times and went to his shop more than 10 times. Atlast, he agreed to give me emi refund of 2000 per his agreed date of visit. It took me more than 6 months to get my refund of 6000. The owner would say no business happening but whenever he would give me 2000 cash, I could see he had no cash problem. He purposely did that to make me feel like a beggar. Will never take his services in my life even though he refunded my 6000 in bits and pieces.
