Dear Madam / Sir,
In the month of March 2020, the battery of my Rio-Li stopped working for which I called the service center and they came and replaced the battery. They provided me with their own service center battery and took my faulty battery. They asked me to wait for a few weeks for them to receive a replacement. Ever since I've been following up with them regarding my replacement battery. They have provided me with below attached screenshot where It is showing my name "Vishal Rayte".
It has been a year since I've been waiting for my replacement battery and I have called them multiple times but they always come up with the same answer as "The parcel has been dispatched but due to lockdown it's delayed". The battery provided to me by the service center is not in a good condition. I've been struggling with a low mileage battery since last year. I'm not having a good experience with my vehicle due to this battery issue. Please follow up and let me know what is happening. Will I ever receive a replacement battery or I just have to accept this old one?

I bought BATTRE'S LOEV.. and I am very happy with this product.. I got detailed information about every product from Showroom's authorities.. and they not only tell you about plus points of the vehicle but also about the minus points!! So it shows their honesty with their customers!! They just don't want to sell the product but the right one!!! And it helped me very much to choose the right bike for my needs.!! Their after sell service is also good but the service center tests your patience sometimes.. hence 4 stars.. otherwise I would have given 5 stars..!!
