★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys whoever purchase the vehicle inspect the vehicle before signing the delivery note, specially when buying on cash as they will make the demo vehicle for registration and later at the time of delivery they will promise for lots of things like freebies and goodies but you won't get only balls talk, trust me I m using my Fz25 since 2017, pathetic experience as well as in the service center too. Be aware as we are investing our very hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just visited in yahama showroom for booking inquiries. I asked for fzs price and all and then also I asked I will get new bike right? Because I don’t want one of this(of course they’re new) but just because they are parked outside in heavy rain...so one small bald man answered rudely so smart like “ sir you haven’t seen our godown yet there are all bikes standing in rain and messed up”. so really everyone if you’re paying like more than 1lac and still you receive this type of words then I guess we are all workers we don’t deserve respect..people who comes for buy are always happy and go happily too.. not not satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited your showroom today. Ambience is good.. The executive were good, I got a test ride of FZS25 bike is extremely nice.. But please explain me how to you guys calculate your EMI???? The loan amount is 122000,interest rate is 10.50 for 3 yrs..dp of 50000Rs. Then the EMI comes around 3961Rs monthly. And your showroom staff gave me EMI of 4456. Please explain what is this Rs491 extra cost? If you calculate it for 3 years it is Rs17616.and the way your staff has given me EMI estimation is 18.50 percent interest rate!!! Pls revert on this asap..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VRB is one of the best places to buy Yamaha motorcycles. We stay in mira road and had a bad experience with local yamaha dealer and decided to visit this place in Borivali which is few kilometres away from our house. We met Shweta who explained to us everything from start to finish. She was very honest with her opinion and was prompt in answering all our questions. She provided us with excellent service and we are very happy with VRB. Awaiting our RayZR Hybrid soon ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely worst customer service ever. I've been waiting for my number plate for almost a month. Everytime I call them they say ull get it by tomorrow, but tomorrow never came yet. They didn't gave any intimation call for delaying by any reason. And on that, whenever tried to call them, they will be ready with another excuse. Very unhappy with the team and truly disappointed. I wouldn't never suggest anyone to buy a bike from them.
