β β β β β Honda authorised service centre for scooters and commuter bikes. Service is fast and reliable. Center itself needs service ie. Needs lot of cleaning and upgrade looks like a roadside mechanic shop. Especially the front is very very bad it's hard to believe Honda products are serviced here. Hope venetian management will look into this.

β β β β β Charged too much for 1st free service..Insisting to take AMC 1,999 + GST = 2359 else normal charges as 1,400.
Didn't understand the logic of charging 1,400 for 1st free service.
Disappointed.
2nd service experience (30 april 2022) - for removing small dent on front body...They require 8 days ?..not even maintaining the job cards..customer has to inform and chase for job card...Again disappointed.

β β β β β Worst service in town. Every time we go for a service they are ready to bring some new type of Charge. Further they kind of Impose some AMC oil changing services every time we go for servicing.As a layman some of us might not know exactly what parts need regular service. They take advantage of this and charge us every time. Minimum 1500-2000 every time in an interval of 3 months.
My Activa wasn't self starting because of some battery issue so I said this to them. I won't take name but some person from their office called me and Said my battery was dead and needed a replacement otherwise my active won't self start. Since I had replaced the battery a year ago I refused the replacement. Then Activa came from servicing and the battery was all okay. My Activa was self starting properly so the person over there lied to me just to sell his battery. Really guys they are just greedy people.
