★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience....no staff member is cooperative....they do fraud....nobody is responsive.....they pick up couriers and do not update their return status. An earlier team of Shadowfax was suspended and recent team is on the way of suspension. they update status of courier after 1-2 days and by that time misplace that courier.
