β β β β β Its been an amazing experience taking aqua treatment in shagun beauty zone. Shagun mam is very beautiful, friendly and nice. I m very happy with the services given by bhawana di and vandana di. They are very friendly and treated me very nicely .they both take care of the customers very nicely. Will surely take more services from here and also recommend to my friends

β β β β β Pathetic service and cheap quality products are used. My sister (Aashni, read the review), burnt her hand and the marks are still there. They did not held themselves accountable for it and gave a pores cleanser gel. How can they give a face cleanser for wax burnt marks? Moreover, now her hands Have become dark. These are the results of cheao quality wax used.
Bad experience.

Moreover, when writing a review the owner is denying to recognise us. What kind of work ethics is this?

β β β β β Pathetic treatment and service. I went to this salon for hand wax and the staff burnt my skin. The scars are huge and visible. I went to the place again and met the owner and told her my grievances. The owner assured me that she will take the full responsibility and scars will fade away in 2-3 days, but it is already 6th day and the condition is same. She also advised me to not visit a dermatologist and gave me serum and gel. When I googled about the products, it shows a face cream and brightening gel.

β β β β β I have tried so many saloons for my hair treatment. I was disappointed every where. One day I went to shagun beauty zone and she asked me to try Aqua treatment one. and I got the result for which I was looking for. I am really satisfied by the service.
Special thanks to shagun mam and team who is very caring and friendly.
I must prefer this saloon. In one word "awesome experience"

β β β β β Dishonest business and the worst customer service ever. I used to get haircut and eyebrows done and i knew that their business style is not good. But the artists were really good so i Didn't used to mind much.
I got a pre bridal package and bridal make-up packages at this salon. Firstly, they were never clear about their charges and used to change the rate or add charges during every conversation. I had already gotten frustrated and had thoughts of cancelling the appointment. But i didn't. Asked for the final package break-up several times but the owner was too busy to send a snapshot of the diary where she had created a bill for us for the packages we took.
I had completely clear skin. But during the pre bridal appointments, i started getting bumps on my face after the facial. My mother and I confronted them about it, instead of owning to the situation, they started blaming my hair condition and said it's because of dandruff. The lady running the salon is extremely rude and dishonest. The way she is running the business is shameful. She started shouting at my mother in front of her clients and started talking in a way that we were trying to cheat with her money. She gave a drop of god-knows-what serum in a dirty container and a gel in a dirty and leaking ziplock bag talked in way that we owed her so much that she gave her elixir for life.
In the end, didn't come back for the bridal make-up and i would advise that if you want peace of mind and do not want to deal with a dishonest business during your special days, then do not go to this salon.

β β β β β I'm really satisfied and happy with the results I got for my hair. the lady herself -Shagun, was very polite and attended me personally hearing all my queries with patience. The services rendered were par excellent with excellent hospitality n services given by the pleasing and friendly staff at Shagun- The beauty zone.. In all, I'm very happy with the make-over I got done for my hair n skin at Shagun's salon.
