★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. They don't tell you that you have to pick up cylinder by your own. No home deliveries , just excuses. Rude staff. No manners. Cut d call before you finish, and most of the time don't pick up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am staying in a rented flat....every time delivery person asks for otp which i don't have....but today it was very upsetting....fellow delivery person said he will not enter house because he have some issues i requested him for more than 3times....and also told him that i am not able to bear that weight...he started shouting on me....when my neighbors start to get involved he started acting like nothing happened...when he was leaving he started cursing...i never expected this behavior

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live on lohegaon road, Wagholi (behind Wagheshwar Temple), I booked a cylinder refill 3 day's back and got a call from the delivery man today morning 7:30 am. My society does not allow entry of delivery guys before 8 am. When I informed this to him he was furious and behaved in a very rude way as if he is doing some personal favor to me. I asked him to come back after delivering in the near by areas and he just closed the call in the middle of conversation. This is a extremely bad behaviour.
I am associated with Shaid Pradeep for more than 5 years and this is the response I get.
Dear Shahid Pradeep Indane Agency - Please look into such matters with urgency as this will tarnish your reputation among the people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service! The regulator was not fitting into the new cylinder. Tried a lot but did not succeed. Called up the mechanic number provided in the booklet and the response was immediate. Person who picked up assured that help is on the way. The mechanic reached in an hour and fixed the problem and also checked the entire connection for any gas leakage. I am thankful to Shahid Indane for such customer delight. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
