★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was travelling from Delhi-Mau yesterday from Shakmbhari travels. This bus meet with an accident near Aliganj(Sultanpur). All the passengers tried to connect with bus operator but no one picked call. Passengers themselves came out of bus after breaking window. Passengers called 100 and ambulance themselves. Passengers arranged another bus from there to their respective place themselves. They are not professional person at all. Never travel from this bus. We had an extremely horrible experience yesterday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 ) misbehavior, they are not cooperative with passenger.& not even
professional they behave like local guy in local language.
2 ) i missed my bus due to there mention timing they have mentioned
bus departure will be 8.00 PM and bus moved 7.45.
I am travelling second time in these bus but swear in future i will not travel again.
as normally i travel single time but 0 even negative feedback
i will suggest go with train / or flight 3 Ac or flight ticket is approx same
even you get self respect better than these

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been traveling with the bus service most of the time,they are highly professional and co-operative. Beside other bus services on the route , they offer clean bus and right on time departure/arrival as compared to others.
I recommend this over other bus services specially for cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, Driver/ conductor are non-proffessional. I came 15 mins before departure,they didn't showed at proper stop. They didn't recieved the given no. Neither before nor after. Conductor can even leave online booking costumer for some black tickets at dark night, will earn money in 2 ways, will tell redbus agency that "you didn't showed up". Please watch before you book
