★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is big and has decent collection of things and equipments. But staff is horrible. DO NOT go here if you want to buy anything that needs to be tried on. I went here to buy swimwear recently, I was not sure of the size and asked if I could check both a large and a medium - to this the salesman (very arrogant and rude person), rudely told me to hold it against the front of the body and get an idea and then try it on! How can you just say that to a woman in a store.. and I happen to be slightly on the heavier side .. you might think of supporting small local businesses, but the salesmen here have no courtesy or decency .. so you can skip it and head to decathlon or something instead.

1. Has parking for 3 small cars right at its doorstep
2. Reasonable prices that go very close to online prices if not exact matches
3. Good variety of choice of goods for beginners and advanced users
4. Goods sections cover indoor and outdoor fitness and sports equipment and apparel
5. Has a small elevator inside
6. Forgot if the main entrance is wheelchair friendly. Might have a backside entry that is.
7. Well lit store
8. Reasonably skilled staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited here twice. Both times I had the same experience Staff here is not willing to help at all. They are absolutely not interested in helping you buy anything at all. And if you somehow get them to help you then they will give you the oldest worthless stuff they want to discard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good stuff but the sales staff is bored and lazy. Trial rooms are shabby. Unique case of a mismanaged store. Could have bought more things but we just walked out due to the poor service.

Poorest quality product purchased. Bought a bat of NB for 6-7 year kid. Without playing for even a day, the grip was in torn condition in 3 days...very thin quality grip and reall unacceptable quality for the price they charge. The stickers started falling out on day 2...how can it be, really?
