In this one year if I did something beautiful that is Yoga....All credit goes to only Jaspal sir...His way of taking classes,actually very nice...
I have alot of respect for Sir..He is very hardworking and disciplined one more thing as i feel that Shakti Yoga is not only for earning for Sir . He puts his all efforts to us for Yoga...
For me This is best place for yoga and Jaspal Sir is best teacher....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to learn yoga! I have been learning Yoga from Jaspal Sir since many years now, and have been able to cure many of my diseases. He has been helpful and encouraging in setting up a confidence in me, which has made me a life long Yoga practiser.
I highly recommend Yoga learning from Jaspal Sir, no matter how old or young you are. Even in the covid times, a proper Zoom call was setup so that we never missed a Yoga class.
He is never pessimistic about a new person doing Yoga badly, instead he explains every step of the Yoga.
I have also learnt to meditate peacefully with Jaspal Sir's help.
