She has helped me realise my own potential and stretch myself beyond what I thought were my limits.I have to admit this since the day I started taking classes with her , my rightside pain issue has gone almost completely and all the credit goes to her. Classes with her have not only made me realize the true potential of my body but have also tremendously improved my Flexibility, Strength and Endurance.
The best part about Apurvaa Maam is that while keeping the real essence of Traditional Yog intact, she integrates various modern-contemporary fitness routines that not only retain interest but also challenge our body and mind.

I have been a practitioner of yoga for couple of years now, but Apurva mam is the one who has had the most profound influence on me in terms of the spiritual and philosophical aspects of yoga. In her gentle yet firm manner, she has further helped me realise my own potential and stretch myself beyond what I thought were my limits, each time giving us new insights and introducing us to new and different asanas and attitudes using numerous techniques. Hence, giving me a deeper understanding of this journey.
I recommend that everyone come and experience the space she has created for her students to relax into themselves and further their journey on the path of yoga!!

All the Teachers are wonderful and very knowledgeable with regards to adapting practice to students with injuries and/or different levels of experience.I really feel very positive and energetic after attending each session. The studio atmosphere is so calm and welcoming that whenever you walk in you feel energized!
