★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered veg food(paneer) and got nonveg food instead(chicken). Even after asking the waiter again & again, we were told it's veg only. The place was completely empty, don't know what things they do when it's peak hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience..we found hair in the naan .The restaurant manager not ready to accept it and behaving very badly to us ..The staff behaviour was not good and the conversation with the manager was worst . Not an hygienic place ..so I will suggest you to don't go there .. because hygiene comes first...I am attaching the photos you can clearly see the hair is inside of the dough... Waste of money and time ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like the food and taste. On a bit costly side but worth the money. Would recommend to got for a big group. Small group cannot taste the variety if food they offer..
For larger groups, platter is the best option as it is filling as well as you get to taste many delicacies..

Since I had gone alone I ordered just one dish Mutton Tawa pulao which was nothing like a pulao and more of a fried rice
Only saving grace was gajar ka halwa
Never going back ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Shalimar is a branch of the Shalimar Hotel from Bhendi Bazaar. So don't worry about taste. If you can't visit Bhendi Bazaar then you can visit here for your non vegetarian moghulai food cravings.
You can try out any kababs and any biryani. Trust me, you will never be disappointed...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shalimar is the best place to have Mughlai cuisine. The ambience is just too good and you will surely enjoy the dining experience in a big group.
Coming to the food, I tried :
>STARTERS
1)Chicken Pahadi Tikka - Tender and juicy chicken prepared in green marination. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
2)Chicken wings chilly dry - Wings prepared in Chinese style with a slight tinge of sweetness, tasted great overall.
>MAINS
1)Bhuna Murgh boneless - A spicy gravy with boneless chicken prepared in thick onion gravy. Very delicious and surely worth a try.
2)Chicken Tikka biryani - Flavorful rice cooked with delicious chicken, what more can one say about a good bowl of biryani! ?
>DESSERTS
1)Kesar falooda - Super delicious! It had pieces of kesar kulfi in it along with some almonds.
2)Shehanshahi falooda - Another delicious and absolutely refreshing dessert. It was loaded with lots of dry fruits.

One of the most awaited place in Andheri Sakinaka is now open for dine in with all the safety precautions....They have an amazing ambiance and a huge dine in setup all over the place.
For group parties they have a separate zone at ground level with almost more than 30 person at a time can have a lunch or dinner...On 1st floor they have a personal group tables in 3 layers.
Ambiance is quite eye catching and everything is neat and clean...which will give you a lavish feel.
Hospitality team is the best...All well mannered staff members are very gentle and polite.
Coming to the food....Shalimar is well know place for its delicious food, Specially their Tandoori food is one the Highly recommended dish from here.
Affordable price range for everything.
Variety of options are available in Mughlai, Chinese, Tandoor and sear food.
Everything here is freshly prepared with all the safety measures been followed.
We had
1.Crunchy prawns
2.Cheesy chicken kebab
3.Murgh mumtaz
4.Shahi tukda
Crunchy prawns was just damn good and with the sauce it was presented it was damn good...Prawns were very juicy and delicious from inside and well as soft from outside..The crunchyness can be felt while having a bite...
Cheesy chicken kebab
Cheese stuffed inside the chicken and prepared on tandoor was just an another level of dish from here... Highly recommended dish from taste wise as well as in presentation.
Murgh mumtaz
Chicken keema stuffed in a drumsticks and with the taste of tandoor...This dish was something to be cherished for long time..A typical tandoori dish with a fine perfect taste...I bet that this type of taste is rare and unforgettable.
Shahi tukda
After a heavy dinner we tried Shahi tukda.... Absolute beauty this was...The taste was remarkable. Presentation was done on point and rabdi spread on Shahi tukda was so good in taste.
Overall we had a good experience here at Shalimar at sakinaka andheri.
Will highly recommend this place for a good quality food with a loveable ambaince.
