★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its nice society, people are understanding and cooperative. It has got nice overall crowd. Society has a garden and gym. Good amount of empty space for common use. Descent amount of Greenery. The structures of buildings and flats (2bhk) such they do not have common walls or have very less just8 feets or so.
Area has well connectivity, public and private transport is easily available. Wakad and pimple saudagar is just 1 km away. You will find shops near for all your needs. Event area has got good amou5of hospitals and schhools.
One of the best thing about the society that it rearly faces water issues and hardly need to go for water tankers.
All four sides have other societies still there is descent space amoung them to feel airy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Socitity is not good for living. every bldg has his own Socitity so own rules. almost everyday they fight with each other ,not celebrating any festival.
Socitity members are narrow minded. not ready to help to other socitity members. also legal fighting is going on in socitity for some illegal things.
If some one is looking property in Crystal park socitity please think many time before u take any decisions
