★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Site plus registration amoun collected 8 yrs ago but registation not done. The project is only on paper with glossy pictures of buildings. Instead of setting up the infrastructure all the funds were diverted to buying more land. With no work on the ground no one is constructing their houses or buying sites. The right thing to do would be to sell the land and refund the sital amounts with interest.
