Why one star because of following reasons:
1. Process is bad they want to pay first then then take keys from guard and then even after servicing bike does not start.worst customer service
2. You need to ask receptionist when you will get bike she is super busy in her stuff but yes when asked she will promptly send you to manager for details
3. Manger or assistant he will ask you again,for verification and will give you details which is mentioned in bill. Somehow approach is good but seriously I don't want to know all that
4. We entered here around 4.10pm to collect bike but still waiting as work done is not working at all
5. When I submitted my bike its self start working but after servicing its self start is not working first impression,bad impression.
6. Whatever I felt is bad customer service
7. They are supposed to call me once service is done but no one called I need to make three calls as shirish, office and Umesh. For the status of bike as it's service is completed or not.
8. After I confirm myself I got call from Shanti honde as bike is ready
9. I saw Google rating board and now I verified the review, I regret I should have check Google rating before coming .
10. Surprise they are saying battery problem and you need to change but my bike's battery was working before
11.They are asking for rating on Google review by posting 5star label ? but they don't deserve 1 star
That's the reason am posting..
12. We met few more upset unsatisfied customers here
13. Waste if one hour here we are about to leave this place around 5.30pm
Request to all don't visit this place. Worst customer service. Pathetic experience ?
Just single One good thing at the end they said 'madam band nahi padegi kuch bhi raha toh aap call karna ya leke aana'

Very bad service here. Instead of repairing it they told to bring the scooty next week

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I faced Super rude behavior by Mr.ajit(salesman) who was busy on his phone and treated me as if I am his co-worker ,didn't bother me to show the bike rather than showed me the photo instead.
While taking the test drive he collected my mobile phone as security..because I was alone. **Being an employee he had the attitude of owner**. .. pretty not instead in sales..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there 2 weeks back for enquiry of Activa 125. Also needed to evaluate how much my old Activa they took details and they mentioned me to call back.I haven't heard from them so I went back to them after 2 weeks .
Valuation for old bike was shared after waiting for long and that too as if they are doing a favour to me. .
Sales person was least interested in showing the bike . I literally have to dig the details . Extremely unprofessional least bothered about customer experience.
I don't recommend this showroom .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst showroom. Don’t buy any product from these fraud people. I got a Activa from them. From day 1 the vehicle is giving me problems. It suddenly stops while riding. One day after buying it, it stopped. I went to the showroom and told them the issue. They said we will service and give back, it will be fine. But the issue remains the same. Every time I start it, it takes 10 minutes to gain speed, it never runs smoothly plus it stops suddenly anywhere.
I have multiple times raised complaint to them, I even met the owner since I paid 82000 and its not working smoothly from day 1. But he was not excepting his mistake. I asked him to come up with a solution, its a company’s product if its faulty, help the costumer. He could have easily exchanged since the product is faulty. I am cheated. Please dont buy anything from this showroom.

Instead go to Vimanagar Honda Showroom ....It's a request don't buy Vehicle from here ...service is really bad and Post Purchase they change the tone of talking with customer ....A guy with long pony hair is worst ...he don't know how to behave with customers .... sincere request don't waste your money here
