★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Hospital service ever. Doctors , Nursing staff and care takers gave their best . Mr Shivakumar helped in every way either it is applying insurance or providing hospitality . Dr. prashant patil is the surgeon who is specialist in knee replacement .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience! Please avoid this hospital. Had called up for appointment for Orthopedic at 11:30 am. Gave me appointment at 12 without proper communication. Took time.fond pend amd paper! Was there at sharp 12. Had to wait till 1 pm and when asked the Rude lady receptionist said doctor came late what I should do and told your number is 4 if you want stay or leave!! Receptionist behave as if they are doctors! Not even one star!

Wrong communication
None of them bother about time
They called and confirmed about my vaccination appointment along with the time. Me and my husband left all our meetings and travelled for 15km just for that , as we had the confirmation. When we went there, they made us wait for 1.5 hours after which we were told that they are not ready to open a new set of vaccines for us .. they could have kept track of number of people for vaccination.when we were waiting they are calling out people for vaccine. Not sure in what way they are organised. Instead of vaccination we had a meeting with a supervisor and manager trying to send us out with the blame that we are educated and we have to understand.
We are educated and that's why we took appointment , waited for 1.5 hours and then listened to him and came back without vaccination.
Don't use fancy terms like "Educated" and play with our time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother visited the hospital at 9.30 complaining severe vomiting and dehydration and tiredness. The duty doctor over there who is serving in that hospital close 3-4 yrs for now is so negligent towards patients. He has given the below prescription saying everything is ok. We requested for medicines and he has given Provic tablet when asked in Pharmacy they said its for blood thinning and not available. why should a a patient who is suffering from vomiting , dehydration should take blood thinning tablet. He speaks to Nurses over and does not talk to patient. I am writing this review with really pain as how these doctors can be so bad. When aged people come they dont even respect, will they do the same for their family members ? they have taken 500rs for this prescription. By taking money also if they cannot give good treatment why should we go to private hospitals and what's the difference between private and government hospital. Doctors, if you are not service minded, please don't get into this field. I wouldnt say all are same, there are other doctors in same hospital Ravi Kaushik who comes as a consultant an excellent doctor for ENT, Sanjay again an excellent doctor for pediatrics and Raj Gopal an aged doctor but fantastic person. We had the similar experience with Lakshman as well, he is Gastro Surgeon and says he sees gastric related only to stomach and speaks very rude. As this hospital is close by, we go there for all services but some doctors as mentioned are really not eligible to be there. I have attached prescription for reference too. I have take time to write this review after two painful instances. Hope the concerned team reviews and takes appropriate action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shanti hospital is very good in all aspects. The wait times are relatively short. Dr.Nalini and Dr.Laxshman are very professional. And Shivkumar is helped in climbing insurance in short time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sharing this feedback with lot of pain after waiting for 2 years of surgery. My mother underwent both Knee replacement surgery at this hospital during 2019, during first knee replacement her nerve was punctured and we were told that it's due to anesthesia and will be recovered. But it never recovered. This surgery is done by Dr Prashant Patil. Mistakes can happen by anyone but gives false hopes is worst. My mother is still struggling pain and underwent multiple surgeries such as amputation of fingers, limping on one leg caused spine surgery etc and this all because of damage caused to nerve.
