★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in touch with Mr. Mukesh Kumar, CEO of Sharda Consultancy in 2011. He has not even changed his phone number since last 10 yrs ]. He has been more than a Consultant/ advisor because my 1st BPO job was thru him and also my present job is also thru his consultancy. I would recommend Sharda Consultancy as the best part is he is not like other consultants who is behind making money but he understands the candidate and recommend job according to their potential that increases the chance the person will stick with the organization. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eagerly looking for a job change. And I contacted many HR services providers in Delhi NCR, and did not got any of the good opportunity. I had waisted alot of my time.
Then lucky I got a call from Ms.Vandana HR from Sharda Consultancy. And she have tons of good job opportunity with brands and good companies.
Vandan was very professional and responsive she arranged all the rounds over call. And took complete responsibility till join.
