★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First they don't take calls. Second even if they do sometimes. They are very rude. Too much of waiting time involved. Services are also not that great. Now that options are available to explore online - would recommend to for those options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I opened a D-MAT account with Sharekhan 2-3 weeks ago, and after which I started receiving their promotion emails. One of the emails suggested FREE investment training on 20th Oct, I opted for it. 3 days prior to training session, I got a call from Mr. Manohar from sharekhan, he confirmed my invitation. on 20th Oct Mr. Neeraj gave around 2-3 hours informative overview to guide new investors, this was also a good session. After the session all participants were told about another paid course for a week, for which the fee was 1,15,000/- INR. I got a feedback form at end of the session, in which I mentioned I DO NOT WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THIS TRAINING PROGRAM, and I also mentioned I DO NOT WANT TO ENROLL FOR THIS PROGRAM. But still I was called for 1x1 counselling by Mr. Manohar. When I expressed that I do not want to invest such an amount for this training, he suggested that I can opt for an online course which would cost me 32,000/- INR. I politely informed him, that I will think about it, and I shall come back to him if I am interested. Mr. Manohar said that to me "If you are so much CONSERVATIVE, I cannot help you". This was a very offensive comment. What the hell? If I do not opt for their training program, I become conservative? Sharekhan, mind your language, you make money because we investors do business through your firm. If investors opt out to another firm, your rude employees will be out of job.

I was in need of job and they wasted 1.5 months saying they will issue my offer letter.
I had received 1 offer letter from other company and i called the HR Amritha from sharekhan asking her if the job is confirm she said me not to accept other offer and its confirm. HR Radhika oriented me HR manasa collected all my documrnts for verification and said I can join from 20th and they never responded. HR Amritha at this point tells me headoffice is not responding and i should not wait for the.
I turned down many opportunities coz of them i am still jobless.

Office is occupied in 3rd floor. No concern reception is good, very friendly.
