★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are fruad. They will say like there are some reputed organization like agarwal and they will ask you the booking amount. Once you have realised that they are not reputed ones after seeing the bill they will say like we are vendors. I have verified with customer care of agarwal packers and movers and they said we don't have this Sharma transport as our car carrier vendor. Then I told them to refund my booking amout. Initillay they told they will refund after multiple calls and messages they are disconnecting my call and they said they will not refund. I have gone through reviews in sulekha and such a bad reviews for this company. I would say this company is a fraud and never opt this one for any of your services.

The owner 'sachin sharma' of this company is not trustworthy... I don't know how people gave 5 stars... bad customer service.. our car is not being delivered on time...it is our belief that they have misused our car ...
you people should shut down your business.. Going to file a complaint against them for sure...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This person sachin sharma is a total fraud. He did not provide the bill and he was not delivering my car. After complaining to the local authority he said that my car will be delivered within 2 days, but still he did not deliver and was not even receiving my phone calls. He even blocked my number. After complaing again and after warning him for an FIR and consumer court, he delivered my car after 2 days. So please never ever opt for this transport company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the most fraud company I have ever taken service. NEVER TRANSPORT YOUR CAR with this company. I had to file police FIR to get back my car. They don't have their own truck. They are just a vendor who use truck services company to take your car
I booked my car to transport from Gurugram to Assam. First they agreed on Rs. 16,000 (all inclusive) to deliver my car in 2 weeks. But after Sachin Sharma picked my car, he gave me a bill of over Rs. 26,000 - the first instance of fraud, saying that it is for GST and insurance. But finally I realized it the actual car insurance I have, which they have quoted on the bill. Now you are trapped - they will not give your car, unless you pay the money. Next, for 2 weeks Sachin Sharma said that we will deliver the car the very next day. But always he lied. Later on I learned that he deliberately asked the truck owner to keep my car as a collateral, as he (Sachin Sharma) has to pay his earlier dues to the transporter. After so much of police pressure, he agreed to return my car - but not home delivered as promised. I AM FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO GET BACK MY CAR. Also the car had some scratches. I also seems that someone used my car for drinking alcohol - it way bad smelling.
Timeline: 23-April-2021 - I handed over my car (Gurugram to Assam); 6-May-2021 - (Car arrived near my residence in Assam); 6-May to 27-May (Period of lies by Sachin Sharma that car will be delivered very soon); 17-May-2021 (I made formal police compliant); 28-May-2021 (I got my car back in a very dirty condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are a bunch of total non-professional frauds. I transported my car with my personal belongings from Bengaluru to Delhi on 01 July 21. One Mr Rahul took the car from my house and promised that the car and the belongings will be delivered at Delhi on 09 July. They promised to Insure the car and the items inside. However, they started going back on their promises from then onwards. I even had a Fasttag deduction, to which they gave an unsatisfactory explanation. They delivered the car on 11 July, having removed my personal items, of which they had a list. I had to involve the Police to recover my items, my car a/c had to be replaced. A Sachin Sharma is one of the guys who is a complete liar, only takes your call if it suits him. Finally, it was the kind Gurugram police who helped and Sachin’s father apologised for the trouble caused. It is my belief that they had misused my car, and even planned to steal my personal belongings. Bottom line- Stay away from these guys, they are a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with these guys. They promised to deliver my car in 7-8 days. Once I started to follow up from the 8th day onwards they would tell me in the morning that it would be delivered by evening. In the evening they would say it would be delivered next morning. Very unprofessional behavior too. I had to seek police help to get my car released from these thugs. I have planned to go to the consumer court as well. Stay away from these scoundrels.
