β β β β β Visit Sharp Sight eye hospital, Preet Vihar for routine check up of my wife after she had a problem with her eye vision. Very helpful staff and staff guide us properly with every step and Doctors are very friendly and very helpful. Overall great experience.

1)Doctors and staff are very good.They know what they are doing
2)Staff behaviour is also amicable.Despite heavy rush -I did not see any anger issue or rude behaviour
3)The place is clean and easily locatable
4)If you have patience -you get decent health service
Not so good things:
1)There is no proper car parking
2)The place is smaller in comparison to number of patients it serves and gets jam packed in peak hours
3)The waiting period can get on your nerve sometimes.The queue right at the reception can deter you.
4)Not senior citizen and PH friendly althought the friendly staff helps and make up for this.There are too many odd stairs and lift is just cramped
Advice for staff:Hospital management and staff is doing a good job despite space limitations.One suggestion- have additional staff carrying hand held tabs to do registeration when the queue gets longer at reception and/or add two more counters.Keep daily limit of patients to serve.

β β β β β It was a very satisfying experience. The doctor, staff was very polite and patient to handle such a crowd. The doctor was so nice hear us out patiently and give proper time to check and tell what all we could take care of.Does take time that is much too obvious.

β β β β β Appointment was at 3:10 pm.
Waited till 5:30 pm and when my turn came the hospital staff asked me to take out my phone first to give good google review (that too even before the doctor could see me!!!!!) I mean how greedy they are to ask for this even before me getting any experience or treatment!
All the good reviews you see here on Google have been taken in the same manner. And the irony is they have took out a print of Google Reviews score and framed it on the wall of reception!!!
Moreover, it was already 6 when my turn came and I was asked to come the next day ! No value of your time.
Totally not recommended.
Save your time and money. Thanks

β β β β β Worst service sharp sight swastik vihar branch ! Even I m not able to give one star to them , actually I make 2 PCs of eyeglass from sharp sight almost 15 days before! Worth 9100 rs! They delivered after one week and the product is worst .....
Only I use this eye glass one hour ,there glass come out to my hand and then I call to sharp sight ohhhh(15/3/2022)
There staff make big drama there ! One of his staff name brijesh ( operation manager ) his way of talking is not good actually he is worst!
He told me that company call me after one hour to solve my problem but still today is 20/3/2022 and I m not getting a single call from them .and no body pick call ! I m fell like that sharp sight cheat me. Not recommended at all worst worst worst ........

β β β β β Good clinic for people looking for best eye treatment. My mother had issue related to continuous water coming from her eyes, we consulted with one eye clinic and there was no improvement. Then my friend suggested this place . I took my mother there and they charged 100/- INR per visit which is quite cheap. We met Doctor Ashutosh who is brilliant in what he does - eye treatment. The prescription worked and my mother felt issue resolved. Medicine available inside at 5% discounted rates.
