★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't book vehicle we booked for agra - delhi trip and they made us to journey for nearly 24 hours even though trip time is 18hrs and after came to delhi to instead of dropping in our location he changed bus and said it will drop in our location and this bus person first filled cng and he dropped us on the middle of the road and asked us to shift for another vehicle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I have ever had. Please do not opt for this service. They have biggest scam. They will loot you for money. Breakfast ,lunch ,dinner is at worst places. They will promise to leave back by 11:30 but it will b 2:30. They will waste your time and money at shopping only. Where they will get commission. There only they will spend 2hrs. Total waste of money. They will not show you the places also properly. Worst service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had journey from Delhi to Agra ,so i tried to book tickets and i was so confused i tried to call some travel agencies and did not got the good response some of them were told me higher price ,so i tried to call shashi holidays also and they way he talked and told ne every detail about the tour i was so happy and bus fare was less than other travel agencies.
Buses condition was so good and clean. Totally satisfied with shashi travel.

2.Don't have any proper timetable management for sightseeing
3.There is no proper picking up point or dropping point for travelers.
4.They are keeping nothing as they are shown on their website (It is only a well-designed web site there is no relation between their service and their website),
5.They are not showing the listed destinations fully, dropping main attractive points like Lotus temple, India Gate, Qutab minar by their preplant dramatic stories.
6.Very bad hospitality from the staff, 0% coordination from the staff, nominal guide service for the starting hours.
7.Very poor condition of the bus (it's' fully leaking on rainy time). 0% cooperation of the bus workers.
8.In case if we are questioning there any of services suddenly, they are developing an Intimidating, coercive, or bullying behaviour.
9.The theme “Delhi Sightseeing” in one day is a very good thought. It is helping and providing a chance to majority of public to visit one time (May be in Whole life) the proud and precious destinations in India. Any way that was a bad experience for me with Shashi travels on that day, don’t know it’s a bad day for them also. Appreciating the effort, but need to develop much more more more….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, we booked ticket online and paid in advance but we haven’t received sheet as per the allotment. 2 people adjusted on single sheet for the entire journey.
Worst experience ever.
Never recommended, please don’t book ticket from here

They are trying to scam their own travellers.
I booked the Agra- Mathura-Vrindavan trip.
They will take you to restaurants, where they charge exorbitant prices. Breakfast- Like a masala dosa at around Rs 200.
Lunch- the place was horrible. Very very dirty. I think they haven't cleaned even the water jug for atleast 10 years. And the prices were like in a 3 star hotel.
You will get exactly 1 hr at Agra fort and 1 hr 40 mins in Taj Mahal.
They will take you to some handicraft place and then a sweet shop to get the famous Agra peda, which is 3x costlier.
And the guide insisted multiple times that we do not need to take the ticket and view the Taj mausoleum, and just viewing from a distance and taking photos are enough. I wonder how he became a guide.
After the Taj another guide came and he was pure evil. His words were all poison. He took us to Mathura temple and then to Vrindavan were the actual biggest scam happen.
The Vrindavan temple was closed when we reached and he took us to some shady place where it's written "Lord Krishna Home" which people mistakenly take as the home of Krishna, which it's not. It's a money extortion place, where in the guide along with 2 others will extort money from the travellers in the name of different poojas.(Like Rs. 3900, 7500 etc.)
People will be peer pressured and humiliated to spend money for these schemes.
Out of all the families in the bus, he might have atleast scammed 70%.
We somehow escaped.
You can search for Vrindavan scam in TripAdvisor and get detailed writings there.
We were promised to get back in Delhi at 11.30 PM.
We reached back in Delhi outer at around 12.45PM and then they took the bus to fill CNG and it took nearly an hour.
I reached back in my hotel room at 2.30 AM.
This was said to be an AC bus, but in total, I think they might have turned on the AC for around 1 hr.
I will not recommend these people to anyone.
I would have given a minus 10 rating, if that's possible.
Run for your life people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are scammers. It's not a travel agency but a scamming agency. I reserved for ac Volvo bus and paid 900rs per person. And They given us very old bus and non ac bus. IN SAME BUS SOME OTHER PEOPLE PAID 300RS ALSO. FORCES YOU TO EAT AND SPEND TIME IN RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING. RATHER THAN SIGHT SEEING. WORST PART IS BUS BROKEN DOWN. LEFT ON ROAD WITHOUT SEEING MATHURA AND VRUDHAVAN.AND COME AN IN OTHER BUS AFTER 1HR. EVEN AFTER THAT THEY TRY TO SCAM BY STOPPING AT WORST RESTAURANT. AT BEGINNERING TOUR GUIDE WARNED ABOUT SCAMMERS ACTUALLY THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS. SITUATION IN OTHER BUS in below photo
