★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last month my booking was terminated stating door closed, On non receiving of the gas after 15 days when I enquired I was asked to re-book the gas. Two days after re-booking same message came that booking cancelled due to door closed. I was shocked to note that we were at home then why was it cancelled. On talking to Sheela Indane the person who attended tha call said, cyliners are not available and booking automatically cancells if not delivered in 48 hours also that delivery staff is new and our address is not clear.
We are taking deliveries at the same address since last over two years and are eagerly waiting for the cylinder so no case for door close. Seems like Sjheela Indane is selling the cylinders in black market and keeping the customers dry with several baseless reasons.

They provide us empty cylinder and when we made complaint they told us you should check it before take it
Now when another new cylinder delivered to me it's nozal is big and not suited for regulated..
Very bad service...
