★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Gym in JP Nagar .The Only Gym having the leading Brand of Gym Equipment from " Life Fitness" .Floor area very spacious .Neat and Clean.Well Sanitized .Really professional trainers.Lost 4kg and gained strength with a month of joining after shifting from Guwahati.Tread Mills and Ellyptical Machine have Nice Immersive Videos to motivate running.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management changes like weather here . Members are being trapped for membership. In the name of extension of few months , they ask you to renew . Front desk doesn’t have proper work ethic wearing a shirt apart won’t make it look professional. Meeting a client after 8 months without even greeting just asks for money. This is the professionalism their staff has. If you’re looking for equipment’s this is a good place , but if you want overall comfort, this place is where you shouldn’t be. 0 professionalism . Just greedy for money. Once you pay they forget you. Wouldn’t recommend a pro or a beginner here ! Thank me later :)

Hygienic ( housekeeping people will be available full time they will be sanitizing all equipments after each useage )

All equipment s are new maintained well ......with equipment s life fittness equipment s are really different ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New gym in town and how! Plen fitness has now got a facelift and is Shield’s fitness. The two floor gym is super spacious and the equipments are top notch. The new management is extremely courteous and responsive. Really can’t wait to workout here !!
