★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society has own water tubewell for water supply. Also has 2 guards for 24 hours on gate surveillance. But the roads aren't mettled. The construction quality of flats and houses are just average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resiďential society with average living conditions. Due to the apathy of the local municipal council the roads and severage facilities are seeking attention of the local councillor. This society is well established and in the centre of the city and is mostly occupied with more than 80% occupants. Which reflects that once the road and drainage is taken care off by the local govt things will improve.

Round the clock security using CCTVs and security personnel. Children can play without any fear.
Own water with sufficient supply.
Earlier internal roads were not good but now interlock tiles has been installed everywhere which has made it one of the best locality in this area.
