★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place. The vibes are so positive. I know am in the right hands when am there. The manager, Gazala, just knows what's exactly right for you. The young gentleman, Pritesh, is amazing at giving you the best haircut n hair colouring experience, alongwith a lovely head massage.
An absolutely safe place by following strict Covid protocols.....clean.....hygienic.....lovely music in the background..... warm staff.....a choice of tea & coffee.....while you get pampered by the best.....
The expense & experience is worth it.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first visit to Shimmer Salon yesterday.. I am new in the area and was searching for a good salon for a haircut nearby and decided to explore Shimmer Salon and trust me I am glad with the choice I made.. the staff is warm, welcoming and approachable. Gazala, the Manager went out of her way to make an exception and meet my request.. Pritesh, the hairstylist who did my haircut did a fantastic job and I am extremely happy with my haircut. He pays attention to detail and ensures the hair cut is perfect as desired. Overall a fantastic experience and would certainly be visiting the Salon again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with a men’s haircut. The place was empty with tacky blaring music on a busy weekend. The lady cutting hair was confused & did not know how to follow instructions. More interested in making small talk to fellow employees rather than concentrating on customers. Pathetic, this place must be avoided like the plague

Thanks to kulsum and sheetal for great service . And also special mention to the manager ghazala who was very helpfull in arranging everything and co coordinating and ensure my friends birthday was extra special. Thanks once again for the great customer service and experience!!!!keep up the good work!!??
