★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regular at Shimmer Since a year and a half... excellent service... friendly, experienced and really good staff... Priya Rupani is one of the finest Hair Dresser... Warm, Sweet & Friendly... Gazala, the outlet manager is warm, friendly and polite...other technicians Amreem, Sunita, reshma, & others are really good.... All the staffs understands clients requirement and provides their services accordingly... which is a 10/10...ambience is clean, hygenic and well maintained... Mr. Mahindra Sisodia, Owner of the brand is also very welcoming and polite... if any concerns one can directly speak with him and he makes sure its taken care if... overall - very good experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the first time i went there i was impressed..however the second time the mani pedi was a total waste of money..
they had 2 men do my mani and pedi..it was a joke.. the whole time both insisted i upgrade and taek the hot oil treatment for mani/ pedi.. there as no foot scrubbing or clearing nails.. all they did was use the metallic orange stick to scrap the natural enamel off my nails in the name of removing old polist...the foot massage or cream wasnt even a massage and my feet are actually hurting while i cant even sleep.
the staff is rude.. and over talk in the name of selling overselling some add on service..there is no way you can relax while in that salon.
Avoid going here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for a complete balanced parlour in the vicinity, I highly recommend Shimmer salon in Santacruz, it has several branches in the suburbs and it's safe to say all of them are spectacular. The quality of services they provide is at par with the best competing salons but at very friendly and affordy prices. I personally love their - hair , waxing, color, nail, waxing, mani-pedi, and spa treatments. There are many more to offer and am exploring them as days pass. They use the best products and take into account any choices you gave or any history and come up with customised solution for their customers. Their customer satisfaction game is on point ?. And last and the best thing about this place is the staff. It's rightly said people make the place that it is! Very humble and courteous folks. You can look out for Gazala for any help or answers you need.Reshma, priya, Ambreen and all the other girls are fabulous and careful with what they do. They know what they are doing and are great at it. The place is neatly maintained and always has great music for all the time you spend there. They also have exciting and heavy discounts various seasons so that's a add on! So please head out to anyo their branches and have a well earned experience for the price you pay.

And of course Gazala - who personally looks into every appointment and manages everything so effortlessly and efficiently there. Makes you want to come again and again..

My daughter and I have been regulars at this salon for two or more years and we haven't yet felt compelled to go anywhere else. The manager Gazala, the hairdresser Priya and the rest of the staff make us feel at home and have always given good suggestions and good advice

Their consistency to provide great services, value for money and excellent customer service has converted me into a loyal patron. Their manager - Gazala’s warmth and sincerity makes your experience homely and comfortable. I highly recommend Shimmer for blow drys, waxing and nails.
