β β β β β Ridiculous company . Would have given negative stars if option was available . They got confused whether to take me as trainee or employee . Took me as employee and then terminated after few days . Reason ? " We should have taken you as trainee but we don't have facility for that . " although they had both options ( trainee and employee ) initially . HR is useless and confused and said , during joining , that let's continue this way for now and we can shift to some other option ( department or work profile ) later . And the other option from the worthless fellow is termination letter . Senior management fellows should get their brains psychiatrically treated for stability .

β β β β β Good Place to work, Salaries will give less but scope to learn a lot,Especially Aerospace Domain,Scope to learn on electrical components ..Test sets for calibration purpose..when you starting your carrier i can say best place to learn lot,Based on this experience we can try for HAL interview as well as experienced ...But depends on the efforts you put.
