★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shiv Automobiles is a private agency which is authorised service centres for cashless motor insurance claims services. But my experience at this center was not good. I wanted to present my car for claim under cashless scheme as I was a policy holder from FG care. But when I approached the Shiv Automobiles for the service they asked me to bring the car to their service center. When I reached at service center, one guy attended me. After talking to the person, I felt that they were not much interested in taking my car for repair. (It might be because, it was not heavy damaged vehicle and having less margin for them). I was informed that they will need atleast 10 - 15 days for giving my car back and also informed me that I need to pay for some items as they are not covered under the claim policy. I explained them, that my policy was of zero dep and it was covered under bumper to bumper including the plastic ones and other accessories. I also explained him that the same item was repaired from same policy company in my earlier claim. But he was rigid and was again and again trying to convince me for the charges. After seeing his response, I decided to go to another service centre where my car got repaired under the policy claim and was returned to me within five days. So my experience was not good with Shiv Automobiles.
