If you are a ordering from another country and getting it mailed there then please do not order. The guy had taken our order then he was nice willing to change things and was kinda and midway after half the money was given then his Attitude change. When we wanted to do a small modification he would get mad and then wouldn’t answer our question with respect. Then he wouldn’t reply to us as soon as he saw the messages. While we are here in America staying up til 3 and 4 am in the morning so we can tell him if we see something wrong with the furniture. Then he would get mad at the family in India who came to see the progress. Then at the end we had ask him multiple times to see our furniture to see if it is what we had order before it was shipped and he had made one of the tables the wrong design that was simple but he kept saying it is until I showed him the picture that we choose and the one he made. Then he wouldn’t even showed one of the pieces we order because most likely he hadn’t made it and once the theee days before he sent it to us and we could tell he had recently made it because there was no dirt or sand in it while the swing that was made already was filled with dirty and sand. When we saw the backgrounf for the mandir tilted we had told him like it was clearly seen in the picture and then he wouldn’t believe it until I had to send picture that literally circled and drew a straight line which clearly seen it was off. He didn’t say anything like we will fix it or anything but then when it came here we saw it was fixed. He said that he could make stand for the idols which he said okay and gave the money and when he saw it we only received one while he said he would make four while we only received one and when we told him there was no respond about this. So I have gods idols without a stand which looks bad now while I’ve given him the money for it. Then when everything came here and there was a few things damaged we wouldn’t even respond to the messages or phone calls now I have a swing where the top bolts aren’t even secure thus it’s scary to sit and swing on while there are new cracks being formed in the wooden furniture. We spent so much money ordering around 12 furniture pieces most that was big money and large furniture. So when you want to buy wooden furniture please find someone else and if you can’t then have everything to talk about in written words in details because after he gets the money he doesn’t care like we never received any calls from him after we got the furniture to even as how it is and if we liked it bceccause he didn’t respond I had to write this review bao other can know what they are getting into. If he HD fixed the problem after we got it I would have been happy because there hasn’t been one response and I’m here with broken furniture when I spent the money so please use caution when ordering from him

Very happy with the work of Shiv Handicrafts. I ordered this complex design but they really delivered a perfect work. Hardikbhai has been really humble and patient with me and worked throughout the project. Graciously considered all my inputs and requests along the way. 100% recommend them. And sure, would order from them again.

I would highly recommend shoe handicraft for any wooden work. They are highly professional and very dedicated people to work with. I have ordered a Temple with expecting a lot of detail and when it got delivered I could see that it was above my expectations. Take Care. Not Good Work. I bought 4 Temples before 1 year and it had opened Crack. I am sure they used low quality or Cheap wood. I had complained them by messages and called. They said we call you back Asap urgently but still not any reply for 1 year Guarantee / Warranty. I can understand may be weather can work but only for my Temple it works? And is it possible that did two part of Elephants? You guys know we’re well I have purchased for USA and now my all family live in USA so what I can do?
