★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moderately maintained business hotel with good rooms. There are three restuarants inside the premises with good items in the menu.
No car pickup from airport/railway station. Only two restuarants are open with limited menu. Hot water for bathing is still a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Got stuck in elevator. Panic button didn't work. Had to call reception from mobile phone for rescue (fortunately network was available)
2. Room door knob jammed when my friend was inside. Staff entered from window thru neighbour room and had break the knob to open the door. Somehow they didn't change the room.
3. Asked for warm drinking water at 11:20 pm (for some medication) because there's no electric kettle in room. But got informed that kitchen is closed for the day anything required would be available in morning 7 am. Btw got this information at 11:50 pm when enquired about delay because reception guy forgot to ask my room number in the first call, yes the reception phone doesn't have caller id display.
4. Food at restaurant was good though to justify the 1 star.
Just a private fancy hotel property minus professional hospitality.
