★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a bad experience. They changed our bus last minute. After traveling half the way bus was full of luggage and there was hardly place to walk. Passages had to walk on the lugguag to go to the seat. AC was not proper. Bus was stopping at all possible places to take locals who paid them for the way. Bad experience. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We missed our train and was desperate to get to Jaisalmer fast due to having different stuff booked, this place saved our ass, we bought tickets at their travel office and got a AC sleeper bus for 500 per person, exactly what it said it would cost on the internet.
Also, don't listen to other tuktuk drivers, the place is located exactly where it is placed on the map! The whole street is packed with different types of bus travel agencies.

It's AC bus who's bus is not working.
In the bus there are approx 300 passenger
In a double sleeper there are 6 passenger each
Never plan your travel with family.
Condition horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AC buses are good bt non AC buses are bad comparitivly with other travelling agencies. Fares is just ok. Or we can say little bit expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not Good Travels. No punctuality at all. No Amenities as mentioned in red bus. Without checking the online tickets they are giving direct tickets booking to the online booking tickets. It got lot of discussion for getting back the Seat.
Worst behaviour of staff.

It was 15 march i booked two ticket from jaipur to jodhpur bus timing was 1.45 but it started 15 min late, bus stopped almost at every stop and regardless of there were space or not bus conductor take passanger from each stop . It take almost 7 hours from jaipur to jodhpur. But story not end at last when bus reached paota circle conductor shouted that it is last stop and each and everybody should go out. When I argue with him he said that bus will go to klalptaru but after half an hour, and again he take passanger from paota to kalptaru via rikitya bheruji chouraha.
I suggest never ever book ticket for this bus insted if you go jodhpur by train (intercity 5.00 pm) you would reach jodhpur earlier than this bus.
