★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud Travel agency, I would give minus(-) in rank if it allowed, they take charges of double sleeper at agency ans gives single sleeper at bus,
And at bus, the cunductor told us to go to Travel agency and ask them for this, How can any one go their on bus departure time and ask them about this because they know bus will depart in this mean time and any one can't do anything for this fully fraud agency, I suggest not to Travel with this agency and share this too with everyone because I am a Handicapped and suffers a lot just to Travel with this bus agency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please donot book tickets ever with Shakti travels. Their service is very pathetic, late drop as mentione, stops the bus anywhere they want unnecessarily, they pick passengers in between the journey and make them sit on floor charging the full money. I booked bus from red bus, bus. No. 2865 from Jaipur to Delhi saying that it will recah Delhi in 6 hours but it took approx 10hrs, also they donot check their buses condition the tire got punctured in between. Please donot book seats with this traveller ever. Very Bad, poor experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience by Shakti travels.bus was very dirty..and full of crowd was there they will stop bus at any place for pessengers like city bus. People were sleeping on floor also. Not on time drop.staff was unprofessional and they doesn't know how to talk with pessengers.they also charge extra amount for luggage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This travel company has two buses for jaipur to Gurgaon with same name and same number. We booked AC sleeper and the ticket was generated for non AC and then when we confronted the same they asked us to give 600 extra for the actual seats we booked but this is their actual plan they do this deliberately to get more money. We paid 800 for a pathetic bus with very poor condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bus and staff I ever experienced. Their bus staff fetch the data of their customers and then they call and message on their number. And the messages be like - "Baat krni hai to call kru aapko". This is so cheap, their is no privacy of the customer. If your family member are traveling or females specially travelling in their bus than kindly give contact number of your male members otherwise they gonna call and message you again and again. I recommend you all it's better to take precautions than cure.
Inki bus me travel mt kriye or apne ghar walo ko safe rakhiye khaas kr mahilaao ko.
"Shakti travels aapne mera call pick nhi kia hai or aapke staff k jis member ka message aaya tha wo bhi ab mera call pick nhi kr rha kyoki wo samjh gya wo jisse baat krna chah rha tha yeh uska number nhi hai. I want Shakti travels to take action against this"
