★ ★ ★ ★ ★ construction quality is very very bad. Dont go as per sample flat. Their project Kavya (Avenue C3) has leakage issues.
Be careful while discussing the deal, as they commit something and nvr fulfil. If U goto with a request, they never accept their mistake and yell at you. Have posted pics of fallen slap in one of the flats of C3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a good society. The amenities are also good. The buildings, the kids' play area is also good. The elevators used are also of good quality. The location is proper with everything within the vicinity of the society like grocery store, restaurants, Tution classes, salons, etc. All are nearby and easily accessible. One negative is that its a bit far away from the railway station.
