★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of construction is very poor. Tiles, granite flooring and bathroom
tiles and fittings, kitchen platform everything is loosely and unevenly fixed. It started falling within one year of possession. Cracks on wall and even the granite above the window is coming down which causing problem in window movement. And biggest problem is water you will have to pay maintenance bill of around 3300 which is not even in Mumbai areas normal building. Builder say that municipalwater connection is allotted but then why everyone has to pay money around 1700 for tankers and quality of tanker water is so poor that u will have several illness if u drink it by mistake. Ask builder to first solve all the above issues before asking such high coast flats.

If you have problem with us so go back to your State. Why are you Living in Maharashtra. Earning and Living in Maharashtra and disrespecting the Culture and ethics of our State is Not Good. I informed about this pathetic thinking about this complex to Hourable Raj Thackeray sir. If you have Problem with us Specifically MARATHI people so go back to your State and earn your bread and butter. I know they can not earn or live in their State because they are not capable that's why they came here. We Maharashtrian people have secular thinking that's why you all are taking advantages from us. This is not tolarable. Worst Thinking. We all are Indians. Live like a family.
