★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience, loved climbing the hill. Can be taken as trekking or someone who loves religious places or for couples this would be must visit location. It took about 2 hours for me to reach the top including resting at couple of spots. Things to remember is to wear flexible pants, sports shoes, carry some healthy snacks including water and be careful of monkeys which are in large number and they can grab the bags and hence just be aware and maybe share something with them as well ?. During this journey I meet a guy who was around his 60's while climbing and was touched by his story, he has a shop of fruit salad at top of the hill and he climbs the hill every day making 1 or 2 trips carrying fruits for average of 30 kgs which would be required for his shop and has been doing this for more than 35 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shivagange Betta is one of the oldest, toughest and happiest betta. You will feel the real happiness after struggling through climbing. Really nice view and you feel refresh. Must visit with strength and stamina..????.
But don't bring any plastic things there, if you bring also don't throw...!! It became plastic garbage.?.
Be aware of monkeys..???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shivagange hills trek is truely the one that you will never forget and will give you wonderful experience.. I recommend it is much better spot than nandi hills.. plan your trip in morning to get better view.. its a place with historic significance and scenic beauty ? you need to park the vehicle in the villiage area near temple and can start the trek. Carry a bag and enough water for trek. Beware of monkeys and take care to avoid accidents during risky areas of trek. The trek could be medium to high difficulty .. you can take lot of good photos from here.. trek safe and happy travel ❤️✌️

Definite stop for all trekkers in and around Bangalore.
Trekking at its best. You will be tested to the maximum. Give it all. At the end it’s all worth the marvellous experience.

Go as early as possible to climb the hill easily and faster...?♀️
Instead of stopping and having water in short span of time, better to carry some candies/chocolates(if you won't carry no worries, you will get it in the shops while walking) there to keep walk continuously without having thirsty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic and fantabulous are under stated word for this place. A quick getaway to this hill from Bangalore will really kill some good time and for trekkers - it would be a paradise to walk. Go ahead for your trek, visit the shrine at this hill - Shivagange. Carry water while climbing up the hill. You can wear footwear and climb up the hill, but be sure not to wear inside the temple which is not allowed. Adding few snaps, take a look ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Religion and adventure co-existing together, that is Shivagange. The mountain peak provides a huge adrenalin rush to the adventure seekers. The mountain is ideal for rock climbing.
The man-made steps to the temple make the journey to the top quite easier. The ascent is quite tiring around 800 m then the climbing is quite easier as safety rails are provided in the steep areas.
Monkeys are found in most of the places here. The panoramic view from the top, near the Nandi statue, is spellbound and truly enchanting. The fresh blow of the wind and the scenic beauty of the villages beneath is quite enticing.
