★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very crowded place. Located at centre of the city. ST Stand (State Transport) located on very busy roads. Chatrapati Shivaji Mahraj Nagar. S. T. Stand. Located at Wakadewadi. Pune. Very crowded place. You can access State Transport Buses for travelling to your native place.
Overall experience was good. One of the crowded place in Pune.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This one is new infrastructure, easy to access, at front you see booking for shivneri and shivsahi bus, futher you go there main office, toilet facilities and bus stand at both side of the platform.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm rating this place based on my personal experience. Also, I am only talking about the ticket reservation/ booking facility.
The ticket booking process is a bit slower and one can get impatient very easily, however that's not the problem. The problem is: you may need to stand in the sun if the queue is longer. I saw some people reaching to the window only to find out all the tickets were sold. Many people reported that the online ticket booking process was troublesome. It's best to book tickets directly here in the office.
Also, make sure to read the boarding location because some buses have their boarding point at a nearby place.
