★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaviour of staff is very bad.......one product was defective and I returned them for replacement, they said they will talk to the company and do it and will inform me over phone so that I can collect it from shop. But no one called me, after almost 2 months when I called up they said yes come and collect it. Next day I came then they are saying that the size which I gave for replacement is out of stock, and asked me to take a bigger size and asked me to pay the difference amount. What kind of service is this? If they don’t have the size, why did they ask me to come and moreover for their miscommunication why shall I again pay???

The sales guys (across counter) tried to explain me that retail rate is 50% higher because we can touch and feel the product.
If I haven't paid the amount by that time, could given him proper reply.
Lame excuses!!
Sorry to say, because of this type of retailer we are more switching to screen shopping.
