★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having a mother dairy booth, selling milk,bread and vegetables ,a good facility and a beautiful puja place ,neat and clean ,having carpets and chairs. having lifts and if one wants to use stairs ,the stairs are so comfortable and clean.Must want to mention,one ground floor flat near gate,Is having well maintained,tastefully decorated with small colourful lights, beautiful oxygen rich garden, attracting butterflies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could rate it 0. Have been living here for the past 1 year and it is the worst CGHS society I ever lived in . The gaurds are the most useless people around here. I strictly asked the gaurds not to let a maid enter the society as she had stolen something from our house, the next day she came right to our house door. No verification documents were present for this maid wh ino had been working in the society for the past 3 months. So your security is home for a toss. Even after paying maintenance charges, you never get parking easily. Poeple just park 1 car between 2 spaces and the gaurds let it happen, saying that's not our job.
There are many more issues...just don't live here and don't ggo byy theircurrentrating. It's pathetic.
