★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially I was little scared ,apprehensive , concerned to go to a Saloon due to Covid.
Then on my friends’s recommendation I decided to go to Shivani Arora Saloon which is near my house. It is located on the main road and has ample Parking. I was in for a pleasant surprise. The place is very tastefully done up.
Before going for a hair wash, the sofa along with the basin was sanitised. The hair stylist was wearing face mask and gloves, first sanitised the tools and then started the hair cut using disposable covers.
Face masks are mandatory for the customers as well as the staff. Stylists have been asked to wear rubber gloves. Chairs are kept at a distance of six feet in the opposite direction to maintain social distancing.
Disinfection and sanitisation are also being done due to the pandemic.
Chatting with Shivani over a cup of Coffee , she told me that these are a few steps that salons are taking during the coronavirus crisis.
They have learnt new methods to minimise the risk of the spread of the virus as this particular industry is into human interaction and touch.
They're also ensuring that clients with the slightest cold or flu are not entertained.
I was happy that every tool required for cutting and styling is sterilised before and after use and are ensuring deep cleaning of the salon too.
I was really impressed the way the staff is trained to handle safety concerns. Perhaps Shivani’s personal touch is visible in very service that is provided in the saloon.
On the lighter note , coffee was equally amazing and regular customers, who are usually chatty, are preferring not to talk

Shivani Arora herself is very cooperative and very skillfully does the makeup. She knows exactly what you want and doesnt over do the make up! She is very professional and patient and kept the make up Subtle and simple as required. Thanks SA team!

The saloon offers several services and the staff is able to work with costumers of all ages and needs. The atmosphere is friendly and serene. I particularly appreciated how, before my second appointment, they work really hard to find the most suitable products for me!

And Shivani Arora is an amazing make up person with perfect clarity on her work and great at her work. She is pretty young but an hands on expert of her work
