I moved out a couple of days back and left 10 of by flowerpots along with other big items that the truck couldn't accommodate. I had to come back again and just randomly googled Shivansh tempo service up, their rating was nice and seemed positive as per our first conversation and provided us with the tempo within 15 mins of a random call. Which was amazing and a life saver. The person was courteous and helped us to fit everything in the truck perfectly and delivered within 45 mins. Hi, highly recommend their service. If I could give -100 rating, I would have give this. I had booked their service second time due to first service being carried very effectively with affordable price. But the way they spoiled my whole day, let me explain step by step: - They were supposed to reach my place by 11 am (which was already a very late time set for moving home), however they arrived at 2.30 pm in afternoon - Multiple calls follow ups were constantly being made, only ans I could get was, driver is on way - Finally after literally screaming on them and dialing phone from other no. (As they stopped picking calls from my main no), the reason Mr Rohit & team gave was their vehicle broke down - This broke down excuse keep on going and finally they showed up, that too when I personally went o scooty and searched for the tempo in my area, as the driver seems to be lost despite being a very easy approachable area - The story do not ends here, they opened the tempo, to my utter surprise neither they got any bubble sheets, no cloth wrapping, zero packinging material (this was all promised by Mr. Rohit as same items were bought by them during first time use of service - However, after calling them again they did finally send a small sheet kf bubble wrap, packing guyz were so reluctant to use it, but after my numerous attempts they did use it for just 1-2 items - Wait!! It do not ends here, after whole hectic day, at around 7pm when they were done with moving items, I gave them 2.5K cash (3K was the deal, but I just kept 500 in pocket due to all the morning hardship faced), to my shock Mr. Rohit said on call, no this is not the deal, 3.5K for moving and 24 rs per carton box. I was like what the hell?? - Then started all the shouting and discussing om call, I even said 500 bucks I was already supposed to give, just kept them as the hardship caused by them in morning, but he was relecunt to listen anything and kept telling i m stealing money from poors - he the offered to send me last recording of our call, I was okay with same as we were sure what deal was made, I played the recording which Mr. Rohit sent om speaker so that the mover guyz can listen too. By end of recording they also admitted deal was set for 3k without any extra amount for cartons, but I still offered to keep some money for cartons as security and return me back same once i return back cartons in 1-2 days - but Mr. Rohit not at all satisfied he kept screaming on phone, at last my wife suggested to just give them money and tell them leave our house immediately. I gave them in total 3.5K, gave 100 bucks each tk movers guyz (which I was giving them seprate anyways) and informed Mr. Rohit I will personally deliver his cartons after 1-2 days time Apologizes for long read who so ever is reading, but its a request do not, I reapeat do not use service of Mr. Rohit nd team.
