★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I referred a haircut and it exactly the oppsite of how it should look. I was very disappointed with the haircut even though the service was good. I went for fringe and i specially mentioned i just wants few strands and he chopped a whole freaking section that too above my eyebrows and now i look like a monkey. I paid 600 bucks for this and now my heart aches looking qt my face. Thankyou

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely no regard for a customer's time and patience. I have been going to this place since quite some time and they have taken the customers for granted. Zero level of professionalism, they themselves are playing see-saw between appointments and walk-ins, amidst which the customer's time goes for a toss. Made me wait 45 minutes after which I thought finally it is my turn, only for someone else to walk-in and sit, why allow both walk in and appointment then? Utterly disgraceful and unprofessional way of management, will probably travel 20 KMS to another salon but never again go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time to visit shivas salon at Dombivali east. Place was too crowded as it’s a Sunday and it’s understandable. I asked them the prices for hair cut for women and they said 250. Lady at reception was told me it’s 250 despite my question was so clear. I was showing her girls hair style photo when I asked price. No one is so dumb to understand that I am saying girls haircut. I asked then can they share me the visiting card , the guy at reception lifted the visiting card to give me and lady interrupted and told me you can see the appointment phone number on the door. It’s was too embarrassing, I didn’t understand how much visiting card cost them to share. I was asking them visiting card as I am not staying in Dombivali and I could have introduced the salon to my friends but I got embarrassed by lady’s answer and they didn’t give me card.
I told her that I will come around 8.30 and she said ok. 8.45 we came again . It’s was empty. One guy attended her and finished her hair cut within 5 to 10 minutes. He didn’t even try to use blower to style the hair. He just cut and it’s done. Even after asking to use hair blower to set hair slightly they didn’t listen.
Well now I went to pay the bill and I asked them how much he said it’s 600 rs. I paid whatever amount they said but I asked them why they told me 250 when I asked them before the price for lady’s haircut. They said they told me price for men’s and lady’s and now that reception lady was not there.
I am not that’s stupid to not understand how much they said . Lady gave wrong information + no value to customer + hair style was so so ( super fast cut )
To been in hospitality industry for many years if they really care brand they need to understand the proper hospitality level.
Money comes second but the value and the words comes first.

They couldn't even align the side cut. I want to request the owner if this is the professionalism your executives are displaying, it won't take much time to loose the business. Kindly look into this matter.
