I had Booked appointment at 7pm for Facial, Manicure and Pedicure .Thought of adding bleach also.
Appointment was Started by 7.15 and By 8.15 I was done with everything apart from Pedicure as SAMREEN looked very much in Hurry.hence cancelled the pedicure..
She also forgot to apply Nailpaint which she has mentioned she would do it in the end. Eye pads were not used , Filing was not done properly which was done after pointing out , apart from this few more things lacked.
For the first time ever I regret visiting Shiva's and Doubt will visit again
