Staff with masks and double dose, extremely reassuring.
Hair cut, shave, beard trimming by Afzal- terrific skill and patient handling of all questions . Hair wash done very well too.
Overall great service.
Pooja discussed options and then suggested the right facial treatment package. Hands with the right kind of touch for a gentle treatment.
Definitely recommended when you visit here.
Like most salons that up-sell services and then coerce you emotionally and artistically to buy more, here the up-sell was comfortable and not pressure intensive, which is critically important.
The staff put you at ease the moment you walk in. Friendly tones from the counter all add up to making this a memorable visit.

2 huge computers, 4 people at thr reception...but they can't schedule one appointment right.
In this digital era of smart phones etc... Lets not forget we still need smart people to operate these.
It takes a simple diary and pencil to take an appointment, but these ppl can't seem to do it even with all the tech in place.
Receptionist and staff are super rude and unapologetic. You can enter the space and no one will bother to attend to you for long enough for you to leave!
Billing is also always an issue..... They have a 1000 questions for you even after having a membership. They never receive the transfer right away. Forcefully ask you to wait until they recieve it. Once I was asked to transfer 1 rupee to check even after transferring their amount and showing them debit messages and acc statement.
Just save yourself the trouble and find another salon.
