★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best cycle shop with best man there named as Utsav. That boy is very gentle and polite. Always explain good stuff even to the beginner. The cycle owner is taking personal interest in explaining details. The person who are servicing every one's bike are very nice and good. They helped a lot to understand the entire working of gears and functions.

Good Customer Service and a very polite dealing with the customers. Good part is that they will ask for Water and Tea to customers. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. I gave my lectro essentia tx for service, before giving it to service it's battery was completely good, after service I found out that the battery was damaged. They asked company to make replacement but company didn't gave replacement for the battery as it was damaged while it was in servicing in shivdeep cycles. They replaced the lectro essentia tx battery to lectro ezephyr tx which is completely different model and now my cycle is not giving the speed it was giving before, even the range is pretty badly affected after they made the replacement. Don't buy any electric cycle from them or give it in service if you already have bought. I don't even feel like giving 1 star while writing this review.

I don't have much idea about brand and specially gear cycle and they guide me about that and brand and also assist me to pick best one. They also provide you all the accessories like bottle holder, lock etc. Over all very good experience

They just don’t sell, instead help achieving your goals , that’s the best thing I liked there. Awesome experience. Real quick delivery & awesome customer experience.
