★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking is an issue. But due to change in management things are getting better here. Water problem is resolved now in this society. New game zone is good for kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society is under construction and staff are not politely. If you are luckily, you will get good owners (very few) otherwise dnt invest your money and time in this society flats. Apart from , there is literally no space for parking, no park for children and lifts are not there in couple of blocks. Don`t be fooled with what pictures you see on house hunting sites and don`t believe any broker when they tell you that security money is refundable.. Apparently, in this society its not. It is really the oldest society in Dwarka and owners expect house re-modelling from security money. I wish I could give ZERO start to this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for an year . Found it Average in every aspect. Pretty Old construction. Flat sizes are moderate. Area is near market and maintenane is low w.r.t. average dwarka societies these are the good aspects.
As far as negatives are considered, society is quite cramped. There are very little additional facilities like gyms , activity areas etc. which you find commonly in modern societies.
Lot of mosquitoes in the area. Not much in terms of community celebration also. Overall ambience is average at best. Cleanliness is also average. You find lots of broken slabs and dilapidated infrastructure everywhere. Good for older generation but very little to offer in terms of overall area itself for new couples.
Not suitable for rented accommodation. Everyday kichkich of neighbours for irrelevant things like use of lifts, garbage disposal is common, primarily attributed to very small common spaces.
Common space lighting is also quite dim. Residents are not very ambience sensative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiny cramped society. No park. No gym. No community recreation space.Nothing at all except the old buildings and concrete. Even they are falling apart. Leakage and seepage issues. Staircases in buildings are peeling off. Maintenance fees are exorbitant for a society that offers bare minimum. Staff are impolite, inconsiderate and arrogant.
