★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad and Fraud builder..I have booked flat Kalash 2 project on jan17.. possession said on Dec19..Not yet work start...nor returning my money..I have booked flat through home realtors..Milind Sawant...very bad experience..I am followup for my refund payment from last 1 year ..not yet received..very bad builder & his Broker Milind Sawant...they are just cheating with customer..

as per the builder the payment is done to lift service provider "Johnson lifts Private Limited", but all the parts of lift are not despatched at the site, it is almost 2 months still awaiting all parts for assembling
