Shoppers Stop - New Delhi

I bought couple of T shirts from here. Tie-dye t shirts I got at a reasonable price. Range of brands they have and you can shop all from accessories to cloths to cosmetic.

If possible, I would rate negative star for cashiers and customer service guy. We purchased a belt which the cashier confirmed it can be altered ( we wanted to shorten it) by their staff. Went to staff who was supposed to shorten(alter) it. Staff said, this cannot be altered and he gave us another belt which can be altered and told us to return the first one and purchase the second one. We went to cashier, he refused to return the first one and advised to meet the same cashier who was one the different floor. We lost nearly half an hour moving from here to there finding the proper person. Finally the guy at customer service said he can give us coupon for the purchase. Because we were Frustrated, we decided to gift the belt to customer service guy, he took it and also insulted us saying “pagal log hai (these people are mad)”. Think twice before stopping by this place or purchasing anything.

It was great experience here as it was very easy to find best things at best deals. All the brands at one place help saving time. There are all the best dress available of each brand and has good staff. The staff was friendly and the environment was hygienic. The songs were of good taste too. I like shoppers stop and come here very often as I could find any cloth type I want. Thanks shoppers stop for being here at ambience mall as it helps a lot of people to come here and buy stuff. Thanks.

A one stop for all your make-up, bodycare, and clothing needs. Has a good selection of western as well as traditional/fusion clothing.

Experience was nice. Although the watch which I have purchased that was available online on Flipkart with discounted rate to which I came to know on next day. So my suggestion would be once may try such alternative modes of buying also for such specific selective items but you may not get the varities online.

Rude and insensitive billing staff not on one occasion but from the last few occasions. Moreover don't buy their black membership for which they waste time as u would regret only after taking it. They claim no queue billing when they sell you the membership, but there is no separate queue for them. Worst is for selling that membership they keep wasting your time as they sell the membership to every customer on the billing counter. I have attached a snapshot of the privileges they claim but don't deliver Their customer review option which used to show after billing doesn't work, so even if you want to give feedback you can't.

Great place for one stop shopping... The reason for repeat visit is their collections, offers and decent staff. If you are aware of Shoppers stop experience then you don't want me to give feedback but would recommend if you missed this stop by any chance.

Omg, omg wow, no words for this place. Beware all males, especially husbands, never allow your female especially wife's to even know about this store, else be ready to wipe out your savings. Jk. Shoppers stop has three mega stores on first, second and third floors of Vasant Kunj, Ambeince Mall. My review is for the first floor of Shoppers stop store. I can't describe my feelings while i was there. It's true i have not seen or visited too many mega stores but if a store is made only for the sole purpose and for products which may or may not be required for urgent needs , then I have to congratulate shoppers stop for doing so. It might be my opinion that makeup, accessories, beauty, perfumes , purse and all other stuff are non essential items of common man. This opinion is due to my gender of being male, and I will never understand it, that , of course they all compulsory falls in the category of essential needs of a female, which big giant company's know, that's why such a giant store here. Anyhow, this store by shoppers stop is humongous, my guess is that it's not less than 10k sqft. Surprisingly only sole purpose for girls, ladies, women ok all females. Just for consolation they have added few male items as well. I mean why was such a need to build such mega store just for females. The answer is all females love it, it's haven for them, they love to Shop. So what Shoppers stop did is, it assembled all the Indian and International, Foreign brands into his store in one roof. Now one has no choice except to shop. Now females can't complain or give excuses that I wanted that brand or vise versa. Only problem they would or may be their husbands will face is the payments option. That's where shoppers stop should do research, i think if they start giving loans....jk. literally this store consists of big and small outlets of almost if not all then atleast main brands from all around the world. They have all items related to females beauty, accessories, purse, footwear, makeup, jwellery , belts and some clothings. They do have few items of male makeover. The purpose as I have told is to assemble all brands under one roof. I can vouch that anyone visiting this store will definitely feel tempted for shopping. I was too, but being a poor guy, I know my limits. That's why I gave warning to all males. Jk. Anyways this place needs an extremely must visit at least once. I can guarantee you that you will thank me for the visit but curse me for the shopping. Sorry.
